Christmas Math Activity: CSI Math Combined Standard+Advanced – Who Stole Santa’s Sleigh?

Grade 3-8

This bundle includes both the standard version and the advanced version (with harder clues). The clues can be interchanged between the versions, allowing you to chose the version of the clue which best meets your students needs.

Students have to use their math skills to eliminate suspects so they can find out who committed the crime (a robbery).

Four clues are given to the students and each clue (worksheet) allows them to eliminate 1-3 suspects.

Clue 1/ Hidden multiplication message
Clue 2/ Magic to fly the sleigh
Clue 3/ Fractions – fuel in the suspects snowmobile
Clue 4/ Bribing the guard – adding money (including cents/decimals)

Clue 3/ Fractions – fuel in the suspects snowmobile
Clue 4/ Bribing the guard – (multiplying decimals).
